Training Sessions

 

We do private sessions and group sessions!

 

Note: Any team  member that bring in outside people for the session will be given credit towards their fees and organization cost. There is a 2/hr minimum for non-team members.

 

*Private Sessions *

 $25 an hour for non-team members. 

 

 

*Group Sessions *

 $10 an hour for non-team members.

It is important to train at a level that is equal to your game intensity to help increase your performance and to minimize injury.

 

 

Increase  Skillsets
Improve foot-eye coordination and footwork through "elite"  drills. 

 

Better Ball Handling
Coaching sessions that includes ball handling fundamentals.


Improve Flexibility & Range of Motion

Stretching is a critical part of any athletic routine. 
 

Correct Footwork Application
Apply proper footwork to players complete game. 


Improve Decision Making Abilities 
Sessions that will increase the player's

IQ for the game. 

 

Stamina 

Being able to maintain stamina during practice, or a game will help with staying consistent on both defense and offense.

 

Strength

Strength is the foundation of nearly all physique and performance goals.

 

Speed and Agility

Speed and agility training drills are designed to work all your leg and core muscles, as well as the tendons in your body.

2 Basketballs

8-10lb weight ball

Speed jump rope

2 tennis balls

Yoga mat or beach towel (some training is done outdoors)
